A song.

coffee breath

I was out in the meadow,
and you were there in the coffee shop
I was all alone,
and you ordered that decaf
and her cappuccino

take that coffee and put it in your face
go on now,
look at the mess you made

your mama must be proud
your mama must be proud
your mama must be proud

of the boy and his coffee.

I was there in the bookstore,
waiting quietly for you,by the door
and you were there,warm
in the coffee shop
drinking and talkin some charm

and I dont think you were talking alone,
no to be quite frank,
i dont think you were talking alone
i dont think you were talking alone

as I start to walk home by myself,in the cold

take your coffee breath and run it down her neck
go on and take your coffee breath,
run it down her neck
look at what you made of my head

your mama must be proud
your mama must be proud
your mama must be proud

of the boy and his coffee.
